Region:The '225' might look quite discreet in the Mauldon's line-up in its 330ml bottle but, as the name suggests, this was a beer brewed especially for the brewery's 225th anniversary so only the best will do. It's a hop-forward pale ale with lovely stone fruit hints, some sweet biscuit and the slightest hint of caramel. Understated but very classy.
