If you're a lager fan but want to ease yourself into ales (or vice versa), this is the style for you. In an attempt not to turn this note into a lecture, the main difference is the yeast and the flavours it produces. The yeast for a golden ale creates more fruity flavours than a lager but, if carefully managed and fermented on a very pale malt base, you can achieve that trademark lager crispness. We love both styles so we had to include this one-for-all style in our exclusive Making Time range. We're quietly confident this one will go down a storm.

Our Kaleidoscope Pilsner is as crisp as they come. Expertly used all-British hops provide the character here with both floral, earthy and slightly savoury hop character and a crisp, moderate bitterness. Farmhouse Republic is our very own craft beer project that we're running with our friends at Malt Coast Brewery on the North Norfolk coast. They've dedicated a 1000-litre tank to us and we're making regular small batches of beer with the finest ingredients. There will never be much of each beer, but the next release will always be just around the corner. This Pale Ale was the first beer we made and it expresses everything that we hoped. A subtle but moreish biscuity note from the home-grown Maris Otter barley, and immense refreshing bitterness from the finest hops. We're very proud to say the least!

This is the release of our exclusive collab brew with Gipsy Hill. It's a juicy pale ale with a haze in the glass that you know means an overload of hops. Trendy Mosaic, Citra and Ekuanot to be specific, giving you a blast of stone fruit with soft bitterness. The New England style is really hitting the spot with beer fans at the moment. Many brewers are having a go but it's a very easy style to get wrong, so we made sure to partner with a safe pair of hands for our exclusive.
