A traditional lambic from Boon Brewery made by blending aged lambic and ageing again over whole cherries. A slightly sweet, fruity beer with powerful cherry aromatics, sour cherry flavours and hints of almond. Expect a modest head that disappears fairly quick after it has been poured.

A sour cherry beer brewed using Bacchus Oudbruin as a base - the original beer from Bacchus that was introduced in 1995. The balance of sweet and sour is absolutely perfect, there's a touch of rich caramel from the roasted malts and a kick of sour from the Morello cherries. One that can be enjoyed with deserts such as a baked alaska - delicious!
