Region:The Outsider Colombard is the logical extension of a couple of very small project wines we recently did out of the more boutique parts of the Cape. The idea was to bring wines to life that normally would be lost in anonymous commercial blends. Although it's regarded as a workhorse grape, it comes from the uber-trendy Swartland where all the cool cats hide. So, expect it to be pretty engaging with lovely citrus juice and freshness to enliven anything light you care to eat. Or just your palate.
