The Bodegas behind Pasion de Bobal is Sierra Norte. Their vineyards are found at 100m above sea level, just inland from Valencia. The whole estate is dedicated to organic farming with a modern approach to classic regional varietals. This award winning wine offers rich, spicy flavours with dense black cherry fruit and lovely, crisp brightness. A delicious product of 6 months ageing in medium toast French barrels, which rounds off the finish and gives Pasion a silky texture.
