We love Picpoul de Pinet. Made right on the Med by Montpellier, it is the wine of choice for oysters and seafood, not least because its vines lie within sight of the oyster beds. No coincidence, surely? It has a citrus heart with hints of melon softness and an acidity to cope with all sorts of food. But stick to the seafood options and you'll be onto a winner.
