Araldica Moscato d'Asti 2015

Araldica Moscato d'Asti 2015

  • Exclusively available to us!
  • Light alcohol - huge personality.
  • Highly recommended if you fancy trying something new and exciting.

The Moscato grapes have ripened in the picturesque Monferrato hills of North-West Italy at altitudes between 300-400m, helping to retain freshness in the fruit. Hand harvested to ensure the delicate flavours and aromas are preserved. This is a sweet, lightly sparkling white wine with delicate aromas of honey, flowers and fresh grapes. On the palate the wine reveals aromatic apricot, stone fruit and grape notes. The finish is clean with refreshing acidity to balance the sweetness.

As a co-operative, our job is to create wines suited to modern tastes and to give our members a fair price for their grapes. We do this by providing technical assistance to our growers, by paying a premium for grapes of higher quality and through careful winemaking and rigorous selection at the blending stage. We use local grape varieties such as Nebbiolo, Barbera and Cortese to produce wines, modern in style yet true to their origins. We are proud to have been chosen as supplier to Virgin Wines.
