Covering approximately 9 hectares, situated in heart of the wonderful commune of Bué, this fourth-generation family Domaine is a source of truly exceptional Sancerre. Winemaker Daniel Crochet has some stunning vineyard plots, namely Plante des Prés and Chêne Marchand, which are very highly regarded for the elegance and finesse that the fruit delivers in the finished wines. The aroma starts with subtlety but quickly opens-up; mineral notes lead the way, followed by lemon zest and just a touch of richer fruit. The palate is very well balanced with excellent texture, structure and length.
