This family winery was the original producer that created the Franciacorta DOC in Lombardy, northern Italy. They've always been focused on quality and sustainability, which shows in the precision and complexity of their wines today. Made in the traditional method and aged on lees for 40 months, the Freccianera has that excellent balance and integration between fruit, nuts and pastry. Delicious.

In the 1960s the area had begun to develop sparkling wine production and, given the success it had met, starting in the 1970s I was consulted and involved as an oenologist by many companies in Franciacorta. I grew up here, and here I participated in successful projects, I couldn't help but fall in love with it, even though I collaborate with many companies throughout the country, it's always here that I come back to.
