To get this one off the ground, the 5OS team reached out to some good friends who are legends in the Riesling game, and asked them if they could collaborate on a Riesling from the Watervale region in the Clare Valley. The team made the 4-hour round trip to their winery a few times during the vintage to taste different ferments at varied stages of the process, and ended up with this blend that we think perfectly captures the essence of the region. Exceptionally aromatic with great fruit concentration that is zippy and zesty with a long, crunchy finish, all of which are the hallmarks of a wine that will stand the test of time.
