For years now Equipo Navazos have made a strong bid for the potential of wines at their natural abv levels (unfortified). La Bota de Florpower 99 "Antes de la flor" MMXIX is an unfortified white wine made from old, low-yielding Palamino vines from Pago Miraflores La Baja. However, unlike the other Florpower wines, No.99 is unique in that it has not been fermented in cask or aged under a veil of flor. In fact "Antes de la flor" translates as "Before the flor". It has only rested for a year in a stainless-steel tank, protected from the flor.
