This is Australia's answer to a premium Burgundy! Adelaide Hills offers the perfect cool conditions for grapes to retain their natural acidity, which is why there is a real freshness to this wine. A combination of new and old French oak barrels were used to guarantee elegant integration of flavours, and then only light fining and filtration occurred before bottling so as to not strip away any character and to capture the natural spirit of this wine.
