We fell in love with the wines of this Domaine instantly. Not because they are challenging and take years to reach their best but because they all have such amazing natural fruit and are truly lovely to drink. This is made exclusively from Gamay. The nose is incredibly bright and open with masses of sweet primary fruit, especially strawberries. The aroma is such that it makes your mouth salivate. It doesn't disappoint with its plush, red fruit, layered with crushed rocks and it can be enjoyed on its own or pair it with a snack of grilled aubergines sprinkled with sesame seeds.
