The purpose of the Loom SV (Single Vineyard) range is to shine a light on the expression and purity that can be achieved from some of South Australia's most prized vineyards. This meticulous selection process combined with the might of Jess Hardy in the winery, quite simply only results in superb wine. This Cabernet from a top spot in McLaren Vale shows cassis and eucalyptus with coffee notes, leather and a hint of dried fig.

Jess is a 6th generation winemaker, who is also the winemaker for the small batch, Loom SV range which is currently only available on allocation. She's part of the 5OS project, www.fiveoclocksomewhere.com.au, and consults to numerous growers, winemakers and retailers both here and off site on their wines and ranges. She's a multiple gold medal winner and recently won a Trophy at the Barossa Wine Show and came 3rd in the The Adelaide Review Top 100 wines. She has worked in vineyards from a super young age and bottle shops to see the retail side of the industry, as well as working a vintage in Spain in 2009.
