Dean and Jodie Zimmer are great mates of ours. They grow Grenache for us on their little Australian vineyard on Twenty-Eight Rd. Theirs is a great part of the "Vale to grow Grenache'. We decided to treat this parcel with kid gloves, (our Buyer, Andrew Baker personally really likes this wine) and even though there's not a lot of extract, colour or weight - there's an abundance of drinkability, flavour and freshness.
