The Winemaker
José Escrivá has grown up in a winemaking dynasty. His parents and grandparents devoted their whole lives to winegrowing. He grew up in the vineyard, listening to conversations on grapegrowing and winemaking. These activities were an essential part of his family life, and he soon learned about the value of hard work, which drove him to study Oenology in San Juan and Mendoza. José comments, "Winemaking is everything to me. I do my job with utmost responsibility, professionalism, passion and creativity, in order to achieve products that become a seal of quality for our winery and for the province of San Juan."
