A skilfully assembled blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Shiraz, perfectly balanced with wonderful layering of complex flavours. This is a hand-crafted, single vineyard, tiny production red, lovingly made from grapes grown in a vineyard very close to Sam Dunlevy's heart. The Wilson Family planted this vineyard in Penola over a decade ago and since taking charge of the wine-making, Sam has created a genuine iconic Aussie red, capable of rivalling some of the best.
