The Pizo Cariñena is a deep-coloured, velvety wine with ripe black fruit galore. It gets its richness from very carefully limiting the yields in the vineyard, excellent soils and the ideal climate. Its dark nature helps it match up beautifully with heavy dishes like beef stew and strongly flavoured game meats.
