This year HRH King Charles III will be crowned as monarch. We're commemorating this very special occasion with 1,000 bottles of an incredibly exclusive, small-batch, English sparkling wine. Of course, we had to create something fit for royalty, so we partnered with Henners in Herstmonceux, East Sussex, where we handpicked this wine. It is a classic blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, made using traditional French methods, to create our own homegrown take on Champers for celebrations up and down the country! This wine has richness and complexity from the judicious use of reserve wines, combined with a light touch of barrel fermented Chardonnay to bring depth and roundness to the wine. Characteristic notes of citrus, red apple and pear combine with buttery brioche to deliver a wine with a long, elegant finish.
