Organic wines are in demand. With shifts in social conscience and a growing awareness of human impacts on the environment, it’s no surprise that we are seeing more and more organic producers not just in wine but food and drink as a whole.

As with anything, it’s far easier to be aware of things when we look a little closer to home, particularly when it comes to trends. We know that 75% of the world’s organic vineyards are in France, Italy and Spain, which is reflected in many organic ranges. But what’s the organic scene like on the other side of the world? It’s a little trickier to find out.
