Four Awesome Wine and Asian Dish Pairings

Spicy cuisine and wine can be a beautiful thing. The trick is to find a wine that will balance well with the herbs and spices in your dish, accentuating those fresh, aromatic flavours. Asian cuisine uses a rainbow of colours and flavours in its recipes, with typical spices including the likes of coriander, cumin, ginger, lemongrass, cinnamon, chilli pepper and turmeric. With such a spectrum of distinct flavours used across recipes, wine pairing for individual dishes requires some careful thought.
