Region:We fought good and hard to get this, with our winemaking team in Oz to help us. We have loads of Remington liked-it-so-much-we-bought-the-company moments and this was one. A wonderful parcel of cool climate Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc came up. And we bought it all for a knock-off Trotter price. Which is not to say the wine isn't awesome. The Adelaide Hills are surely the home of great Aussie Sauvignon Blanc. This one is clean as a whistle and has crisp gooseberry fruit allure.
