Pazo de Senorans, founded by Marisol Bueno and husband Javier Mareque, craft some of the very best examples this DO has to offer. The Anada release is a special cuvée from the winery's oldest plot of vines planted on granitic soils. This wine undergoes a long 4 year ageing in tank and bottle before we even get to see it! It's intensely aromatic with a depth of flavour that is just incredible. Maturity wise, we're at the sweet spot so there's no better time to try one of the best-aged Albarino out there.
