The Wine The Wine
Germany
Region:Mosel
To say that Thomas Losen is a young winemaker would be akin to describing Kim Jong Un as mildly malevolent: he looks about thirteen! But never fear, his family has been making wine in the Mosel since the dawn of time. So he has it running in his veins, probably literally! Anyway this wine is a classic Mosel, but better. This beauty is a citrus symphony with cool, ripe acidity and a delicious grapefruit tang on the finish. Try with seafood or, wait for it - as they do in Germany - very rare venison.
