A beautiful Riesling from Jess Hardy's own portfolio, which she describes as follows: "By the time we came to pick, the vineyard was in ripper shape, despite some adverse weather. Huge compliments due to Ben and his family for all their hard work. The finished wine is spot on; great varietal character coupled with a beautiful perfumed lift and a racy pure palate. Nice as a young wine it will drink amazingly for many years to come". Try this with tempura prawns, for goodness sake!
