Region:This is what happens when you have been mates with similarly minded people, who have pretty special vineyards, over many vintages. Inevitably, we talk about pushing boundaries and helping to bring to life new things. This 2014, made with Nic & Sean Allison, was blended up by us earlier this year from their vines in organic conversion. It's a blinder, with plenty of lovely classic Graves character, and just enough of the "Allison" magic - a modernity (fruit!) that comes from their Welsh/Kiwi heritage

The wines from this appellation take their name from the river gravel that covers the entire plateau. This gravel is combined with sand, clay and limestone which all contribute to the uniqueness of the Graves and the characteristic minerality which is expressed in the wines.
