This wonderfully subtle blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay is aged for 3 years in the Laurenti cellars. The result is a Champagne characterized by its fine, elegant bubbles and notes of liquorice and ripe lemon. Attention to detail and a strict policy of only using the finest grapes grown by themselves, alongside a minimal use of sulphates guarantees a smooth taste. No wonder, then, that Laurenti Champagnes have been a favourite in France for over 90 years!
