So here's a medal-winning little number made by Ryno, our winemaking ace down in the Cape wine lands, that's sourced from the magnificent wild west of viticulture... Swartland. This is where all the young guns practice their art. And this is what gives this wine its lovely purity of fruit. It has loads of pear and lemon barley on the nose and more fruit salad than a fruit salad on the tongue. It's also struck through with a convincing freshness that won't let go. Great with shellfish. Or fellow humans.
