The nose on this bespoke blend is nothing short of incredible. Deep intense black fruits, ripe, fresh red berries, amazing earthy spiciness all intermingle to create allure. All these wonderful aromatics combine on the palate to make an easy drinking red that has plenty of body and richness. It's not too heavy and as a result can be enjoyed on its own but there's enough depth and complexity that it will work alongside all sorts of meals. Try grilled pork chops with some herby mash or a classic ploughman's.

Jess Hardy
Jess is a 6th generation winemaker, who is also the winemaker for the small batch, Loom SV range which is currently only available on allocation. She's part of the 5OS project, www.fiveoclocksomewhere.com.au, and consults to numerous growers, winemakers and retailers both here and off site on their wines and ranges. She's a multiple gold medal winner and recently won a Trophy at the Barossa Wine Show and came 3rd in the The Adelaide Review Top 100 wines. She has worked in vineyards from a super young age and bottle shops to see the retail side of the industry, as well as working a vintage in Spain in 2009.
