Virgin Wines Launches 2020 Advent Calendars

Virgin Wines are back with a bang for Christmas 2020. The makers of the original Wine Advent Calendar to hit the UK market have released their new 2020 edition which is now available in mixed, all-white and all-red versions.

Sporting a brand new geometric design, the 2020 Wine Advent Calendar also includes for the first time a bonus 25^th door including a full-size bottle of award-winning wine. The only adult alcohol advent calendar currently on the market to offer this to consumers.

Alongside the extra 25^th bottle, the 2020 Wine Advent Calendar showcases 24x 187ml bottles of customer favourites and limited edition releases from Virgin Wines’ exclusive wine range, sourced from independent winemakers around the world. The most popular mixed version boasts red wine, white wine, port and sparkling wines, including highly-rated reds from Chilean winery Perez Cruz and Rioja’s Finca Manzanos, alongside customer favourite whites from France, South Africa, New Zealand and Australia.

Following the successful launch of their Beer and Gin Advent Calendars in 2019, both have returned for a second year. Packed with a multitude of Virgin Wines’ most popular beers and spirits, both calendars cement Virgin Wines’ strong reputation as one of the UK’s leading composite online alcohol retailers.

The 2020 Beer Advent Calendar offers an awesome collection of craft beers from around the world, packed full of bestsellers such as the feisty Rude Mechanicals Punchy Pilsner and the classic Belgian ale, Saison Dupont.

Gin lovers will again be spoilt for choice with the 2020 Gin Advent Calendar, showcasing premium miniature bottles such as the aromatic Keeprs Lemon and Pepper Gin as well as a special, limited-edition Christmas Gin from Explorers Distillery.
