We visited the team at Ridgeview after our Brighton tasting, as the weather was unpleasant we viewed their vineyards from an indoor vantage point, a splendid view over the South Downs. We were impressed by everything in their operational set up and were stunned by the Rosé, snapping up a small allocation on the spot. This fizz is Chardonnay based so you are hit by an expressive freshness supported by the redcurrant, raspberry and cranberry elegance of their Pinots.
