If you don't like any of the wines we will refund your money - simple as that.
For all the wines you do like we will make it our mission to find you more.
We will email you before we send the case, so that if you want to change it (or cancel or postpone or whatever) you can do so.
Unless you tell us otherwise we will send 1 case every 3 months.

Every 3 months, we match your monthly payment, giving you an extra £20 (for example) in your WineBank – you certainly won’t find 33% interest in any other bank! Remember, the more you pay in, the more money we give you.
Free Recommend a Case service – you have the flexibility to choose the wines you want when you want, but if you’re not sure, let us help you out.

If you don’t like any of our wines, let us know and we’ll give you your money back.
If you decide that WineBank’s not for you, no problem, you can cancel at any time. Simply call us on 0843 224 1001 and you can withdraw any funds you’ve added (sorry but you can’t take the interest we’ve given you)
