Pinot Blanc can be a tricky variety to work with, both in the vineyard and winery. The focus here is to keep things fresh and avoid this getting overly rich, cloying and senses bashing. Yet, there's no mistaking that there is still a lot going on within this wine once poured, but the wine growing and winemaking team have done a fabulous job of capturing and expressing the land that the grapes come from. A very natural expression of this classic Alsatian white variety that should be served nice and chilled with conversation and companionship.
