We always opt for mass-approved wines and steer well clear of anything mass-produced. This is a showcase of three of our reds that we consider trophies of our hard work and continuous search for the best out there. There's the blockbuster Beneficio Shiraz blend, the matchless flavours of the new Perez Cruz and the South African legend that is the Papegaai Red Blend! We settle for nothing less than top notch quality, so neither should you.

From the very latest 'Rhône Ranger', winemakers from far flung places who adore the styles from the Rhone Valley, comes this remarkable blend. Adi Badenhorst here uses the same grapes and techniques to produce his top-drawer homage to the great wines of the Southern Rhône, planted in African soils. In this case on a distinctly Rhône-like hill, in his chosen domain in the Paderberg. Awesome richness and flavour.

Type: Grenache blend

This wine was crafted from dry-grown, old vine stock, vines that have both venerable old age and a spectacular setting in which to perfect their tiny, sweet globes of flavour. There are few vineyards like this left in South Australia, and so releasing wine from these vines is something quite rare. Being so well established, the vines give a very natural balance to the crop, meaning that minimal intervention if possible in the winery, another rare phenomenon in cellars Down Under.

The latest stunning creation from German and his team, fast becoming Chilean masters of the grape. There is a depth of fruit on the nose with the flavours all playing a black card - blackcurrant, blackberry and black cherries are all distinctly noticeable. Layers of vanilla spice and hints of mint mingle with the delicious, ripe black fruit. Everything is wrapped in a blanket of silky tannins. Echoes of the Bordeaux style, but with the thumping, fruit core only the best New World winemakers can produce.
