The great thing about Oz is that you can be pioneering without breaking any laws and avoid making a wine so whacky that it has a receptive audience of 1 (the guy who made it). Aussies live for new styles and experimentation, but rarely put a foot wrong in the process. So here we can enjoy that exciting experimental spirit and an eminently drinkable wine in the same bottle! Both grapes produce sparkling, effervescing wine in the glass, as they were treated with kid gloves in the winery.
