Just the most refreshing rosé ever made. It will make your mouth water like a bust hydrant just thinking about it.
This is THE bottle for summer - magic on its own in the park. Beautiful day, beautiful pink, thirst completely slaked.
This wine is full of subtle flavours, so don't serve it too cold. Cool but not iced. Imagine you are drinking strawberries and redcurrants and you're there.

I have searched and searched for the rosé that I want (selfish I know). That pretty, pale pink, light, tiny-bit-sweet but devastatingly, mouthwateringly, refreshing rosé. And now I've found it. The young Languedoc gun of a winemaker, Jean Marie, may have eyebrows that caterpillars are sexually drawn to, but by 'eck he can make wine. Especially rosé. And I just LOVE it.
Not normally a rose drinker - but enjoyed this as a summer drink served not too cold to bring out the fruity flavours.

I am so excited about this wine. It has taken me years to get it just right. Cinsault! The forgotten grape, so juicy and pretty. Blended with fruity Grenache. And both grapes early picked from special vineyards so that you get the acidity to keep everything lively.
