Describing this wine as a junior-Chateauneuf is a disservice. It's better than most supermarket Chateauneuf. It's rich, lightly baked berry fruit and delicious mouth filling presence is truly awesome.
With one of the finest winemakers in the world at the helm, you get the same magic in bottle for less because we focus on the less expensive appellations. Here Seguret. Never heard of it? Great.
When Laurence isn't making wine for us, she makes the 100 Parker point wines at Domaine du Pegau
We Say...
Laurence Feraud rocks. She has a sweet, engaging, if intense style that belies the fact that she knocks out some of a handful of the most highly rated wines in the world. Robert Parker loves her only slightly less than we do and has awarded her a perfect 100 point score on more than one occasion!
True, full bodied, smooth red. Loved it from start to finish!
Jo
initially a little more peppery than i was expecting, not as smooth as i usually like, but good drinking none the less
This wine could really drag me back to drinking French again. Full bodied and ready for a fight with the finest red meats; I seriously recommend this Rhone experience.

Seguret is a gem, and I'd like everyone to get to know it. Very seductive and fleshy.
