We Say...

Bio Bio, in the extreme south of Chile, is a wonderland for grapes and looks amazingly like Marlborough in New Zealand. No surprise then that cool-climate, sexy Sauvignons and Chardonnays are really exciting here. We were blown away by this one with its gentle but persistent complexity.

For me, winemaking is an art, a science and an important way of life that is reflected in Agustinos wines. These wines are built on hard work, starting on the vineyard, where careful management is carried out all year to harvest concentrated low yield grapes. The best blocks of the vineyards are specially selected to make three different styles of wine: Estates Vineyard, Reserves and the Special Blends. Enjoy these wines that invite you to appreciate nature, good food and fellowship (Constanza Schwaderer).

Clean, bright golden-yellow in color with good fruit intensity on the nose and aromas of quince and pear with a bit of vanilla. The smooth palate shows a firm acidity that lends freshness, and ends with a nice, long finish.
