How to play and win

1. Make sure you are logged in.  If you do not have an account already, register here.
2. To win, you have to be the highest bidder when the auction closes.
3. How much to bid
  • The bid you enter is your MAXIMUM bid,  i.e. the most you are prepared to pay.  Your actual bid will always be the lesser of your maximum bid and £1 more than the next highest bidder. So, if when the auction closes your maximum bid is £40 and the next highest bidder is £30 – your actual winning bid will be £31, just like eBay.
  • The obvious bits...

  • bid more than the current bid

  • and less than the list price
4. TOP TIPS
  • Make sure you watch your bid in the last 5-10 minutes, in case a late bidder sneaks in.

5. What happens next?
