What if I buy a wine and don't like it?
No problem - let us know and we will give you your money back. It really is that easy! We'll even come around and collect it off your doorstep if you want us to.

I'm not at home during the day. How do I get my wine delivered?
Our drivers will find a safe place to leave it; like with a neighbour for example. If you have a specific place or specific neighbor you can tell us in the check-out process.

What happens if you leave my wine and it gets nicked?
We replace it completely free of charge - simple!

But I live on one of the Scottish Islands - bet you don't deliver there.
Oh yes we do! We deliver anywhere in the UK for a single flat fee of £6.99. That includes Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Scottish Islands, the Isle of Man and Scilly Isles.

OK, but I'm worried about buying stuff on-line. How secure is it?
We use secure servers with state-of-the-art encryption and secure sockets layer (SSL) technology for the transfer of credit card information. Additionally, we have security measures in place to protect our customer database and access to this database is restricted internally.

Yes, but I don't want to wait for weeks to get my wine.
We deliver over 99% of our orders within 7 days. OK, if you live on an island cut off by storms from the outside world, we may take a little longer.

And if something does go wrong? I suppose I'll have to ring up an overseas call-centre?
No, our call-centre is based in Norwich, and staffed by lovely, friendly helpful human beings. We don't use any "Push 1 for this, 2 for that" menu systems. OK, but there's hundreds of wines to choose from. Where do I start?
