	The production of this delightful rosé was limited to just 850 cases and we've snapped up the lot. Made from a single block of Sangiovese, a variety more keenly associated with Italy and the wines of Chianti, however, it is planted in selected sites in Oz and this dry cherry-laced rosé takes advantage of one of these. Enjoy this wine in the garden whenever the sun comes out or with a mildly spiced Thai dish of an evening. A real treat for fans of Aussie and rosé wines alike.
