A beautiful blend of Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine has as many hard edges as a ball of cotton wool. The finest Bordeaux is made from Cabernet and Merlot, just like this South African beauty. Now, we're not pretending this is the finest Bordeaux, it's a lot more approachable for one thing, and much better value. It's soft and fruity with rich vanilla oak and a hint of spice. Like Bordeaux it's a great food wine, perfect with steak. Unlike Bordeaux, it's easy to drink and you don't have to wait ten years for it to mature.
