Inspired by the great wines of the Northern Rhone, the Cote Roties that grace tables in top Parisian restaurants. It works well for the French to calm the extreme nature of their visceral Syrah grown, (Shiraz to you and I) by the addition of a small volume of unctuous and perfumed Viognier. But in the Barossa, it makes for a very different adjuvant. Here, of all regions in Australia, there's plenty of sunshine. Plenty. This is a classic muscular Barossa Shiraz with a twist - a touch of femininity.

"To me, a truly great wine is more about the sizzle than the sausage. I grew up in the Barossa, so wine's pretty much part of your culture from day one. Given our type of business, the styles of wine we make and my individual personality, all these combine to drive us down the 'winemaking way of one'. It's easy to manipulate, but when you leave things alone they just represent what they are - the variety, origin and working patterns, stored in a bottle." - Steve Grimley
Type: Syrah / Shiraz blend
Organic, carbon neutral, vegetarian and winner of numerous awards this wine has it all. There are elements of dark mocha, hints of ripe plum and blackberry all wrapped up in a toasty ripe style - delicious!
Type: Syrah / Shiraz blend
Another heroic creation from head winemaker and bear of a man, Cesar Morales. The Malbec grape is given free reign here to express it's true character. A dense, dark and brooding wine with an almost menacing intensity!
Type: Syrah / Shiraz blend
This is South America's organic, carbon-neutral answer to the more famous, and let's face it far pricier, Chateauneuf du Pape. Having spent some time in new oak this red is still delicate with a hint of raspberry.
