A wine inspired by the shipwrecks of Cape Agulhas, and the cool, crisp style of wine that this region is capable of producing. We've watched this wine change and grow over the past few months; every tasting has been a surprise, and each surprise is more pleasant and revealing than the last! There is virtually no buttery character; rather, heady flavours of citrus fruit, marmalade and toffee'd pear come to the fore with crisp, Bramley apple acidity and touches of lemon and coconut.
