You'll have the option to take a couple of different routes when looking to get the most out of this belter...
Either partner with a selection of cheeses - local goat's cheese or anything blue will work exceptionally well - or bake a lovely pear dessert.

Top winemaker (and bloke) Vincent Boutin is the man behind this superb cuvée and where so many others fail, he succeeds. Delivering a wine that not only offers the personification of a natural balance between sweet and tart, but maintains a direct relationship with the soil the grapes come from through precise minerality.
