The latest stunning creation from German and his team, fast becoming Chilean masters of the grape. There is a depth of fruit on the nose with the flavours all playing a black card - blackcurrant, blackberry and black cherries are all distinctly noticeable. Layers of vanilla spice and hints of mint mingle with the delicious, ripe black fruit. Everything is wrapped in a blanket of silky tannins. Echoes of the Bordeaux style, but with the thumping, fruit core only the best New World winemakers can produce.

Vina Perez Cruz is a multi award winning winery receiving rave reviews from customers and wine writers alike. Their immaculate vineyards can be found in the Maipo Valley, long regarded as Chile's premium red grape producing region. Their vines are planted on a variety of soil types that imbue the grapes with distinct flavour characteristics. They firmly believe that every bottle of wine produced carefully reflects the 'terroir' of 'Maipo Valley.
Focusing on red wine production, Cabernet Sauvignon is at the heart of everything they do. Its thick skin and late ripening nature is a perfect match for the climate. They've planted several new varieties over the years so we will be working as closely as possible to bring new and exciting wines from these fast becoming Chilean masters.
