Four vineyard sites planted between 1982-87 are used to craft Gran Caus - La Corbata, La Creu, La Pujada, Pals de Fusta. All hand-picked and very low yielding, delivering some exceptionally concentrated grapes. The blend here is Merlot 40%, Cabernet Franc 35% and Cabernet Sauvignon 25% aged in French oak for 12 months to add layers of spicy complexity.
