This is the best Sauvignon we tasted upon the release of the 2010 vintage from South Africa, and comes straight out of the traps with rapier like speed, slaking thirst and dancing on the tastebuds. Kiwi-drubbing flavours of lime zest, gooseberry and a mineralic edge will have you panting for more. Try with pan-fried white fish.
