As anyone familiar with the works of Edgar Alan Poe will tell you, Amontillado is no ordinary Sherry. With a dry to medium tangy, nutty concentrated flavour and pale golden colour, it's a highly versatile Sherry that many Spanish people will drink instead of wine with a meal. This is definitely one of the best Amontillados we've tasted and is delicious with salted almonds and olives when served as an aperitif.

I believe that Sherry is one of the true treasures of the wine world, and at Fernando de Castilla we want to make very pure, unblended Sherries of the different styles that makes up the Sherry universe. These are often wines that can be served with a wide variety of foods, which I find to be their true function.
An extraordinarily fine, complex and sophisticated drink. Beautiful shining amber colour, fascinatingly complex raisined, nutty, tangy nose and a flavour, flatteringly sweet at first, easing into semi dry at the finish whilst displaying layer upon layer of deliciously plump sensations on the way.
Type: Palomino blend
For those of you who don't know much about Sherry but fancy giving it a go, you won't go far wrong trying a bottle of this. Try a nice chilled glass and experience the refreshing citrus zest and almond flavours.
Type: Palomino
Sometimes we all fancy something a little different; so why not tuck away that Shiraz and reach for a Sherry instead! This Sherry is crisp and dry, but drink quick as freshness is the key here (though we promise that won't be a struggle!).
Type: Palomino
If you're going to a dinner party and want to take something rather different along - then look no further. There's the added bonus that some folk might not like its unique charms, so you may have the line share of the bottle! Genius!
