Of course the guys want to keep their identity secret as top-drawer wineries are very sniffy about their wines going out at silly, low prices. We can let you in on some tasty details though - this Malbec is from organic vineyards in Pedernal Valley and Tulum Valley, within San Juan, an area with a good deal of altitude. The grapes are harvested by hand after a long growing season, refreshed by Andean snowmelt. A lovely ripe secret this is, with spiced blackberry fruit & well-integrated vanilla oak.
